Relaxation for carers – Zoom session
Throughout the month of March we are offering a new ‘Relaxation for carers’ Zoom session, on a Tuesday from 1.30 to 2.45pm. The session is open to anyone caring for a loved one in the Southend Borough, and will provide a chance for carers to learn a variety of relaxation techniques, whilst meeting and chatting with other carers. The first session will be on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 and Zoom details can be available on request.
