Time to Learn

Southend Carers Forum has been supporting Carers for over ten years providing a range of services designed to make Carers lives a little easier.

We would like to extend our support to GPs surgeries, particularly those who have signed the Enhanced Services Contract for Carers (LES) by offering to come along to your Time To Learn sessions.

This will be an opportunity for us to share the knowledge we have gained over the years and for us to work together in ensuring that Carers are well supported, helping to avoid the deterioration in their own health and wellbeing.

Download our Supporting Carers at the GP Practice guidelines and we would welcome your invitation to provide a presentation at one of your Time To Learn sessions. Presentations will usually take a 30 – 45 minute slot. Either fill in and return our booking form or give us a call to discuss this.
